If you're celestian you also get a doctrine that decreases the wait time for new quests. ![]() The negotiator doctrine give you a influence discount when you buy stuff from them. The emissary doctrine with give you more influence from completing quests. ![]() Getting 3 or more NPC factions to like you is doable but it takes a dedicated effort. However, if you take the "do quest instead" option when their demands show up, completing that quest will give you a slight relations penalty with the other factions just like doing other quests. Accepting their demands also gives a +5 relations bonus. Buying stuff with influence from them increases your relations without upsetting the other factions. Getting two NPC factions to like you isnt that hard. ![]()
